Cost of admission for the event:

Adult - member                                             $20.00 per person

Adult – non-member                                    $25.00 per person

Child                                                               $12.00per child (children under age 2 are free)

Attention:      At the door, an additional $5.00 charge will be taken from each person

                                     (Total: adult-member - $25.00; adult – non-member - $30.00; child - $17.00)

Deadline for registration and payment is November 22, 2011.

• We are asking parents to teach their children the Polish Christmas Carol „Wsrod Nocnej Ciszy”.  All children will sing together at the event.  The signing recital will be scheduled for 4:30PM.
• Please encourage you children to:
• Make a Christmas ornament/decoration at home and bring it to the party – we will be selecting a winner!
• Perform (e.g. dancing, playing piano, reciting a poem, singing, karate, magic show, etc.).
• Please bring a gift for your child/children for Santa to distribute.
• Additional  ”oplatek” will be available.  The cost will be $2 for a package of 5.

Christmas Party Program:

4:00pm – 5:30pm          Getting acquainted, Bingo

5:30pm – 7:00pm          Official greeting, ”Oplatek” sharing followed by dinner buffet

7:00pm – 8:30pm          Santa Claus arrival, Children performance

8:30Pm – 9:30pm          Christmas Carols followed by doors prizes

Menu:

• Borscht
• Polish dumplings
• Polish vegetable salad, Sauerkraut with mushrooms
• Greek style fish, Herrings in sour cream
• Pork roast, Sausage from grill
• Beets with horseradish, bread, butter
• Poppy seeds cake, Ginger cake, Cheese cake, Cookies
• Coffee, Tea, Hot chocolate and water
