PASGC Board meeting – May 17, 2011

Minutes of the meeting:

 

1.     Ted Day read the oath and the following PASGC Officers and Board Members and the following  members were sworn in for 2011 year:

·         Andrew Biernat           –   President

·         Chris Mystkowski         –   Vice President

·         Don Szarmach              –   Treasurer

·         Jean Ann Obreski         -   Secretary

·         Krystyna Krawczyk      –   Recording Secretary

·         Ted Day                        -   Board Member

·         Ann Janusik                  -   Board Member

·         Peter Kasprzycki          -   Board Member             

 

2.     Pawel Krawczyk initiated discussion about PASGC Officers and Board Members involvement in the PASGC invents.

 

3.     Krystyna Krawczyk presented results from the survey given during the Swieconka 2011.    Only 27 people responded to the survey were 16 out of 27 (59%) don’t belong to the PASGC.  And, 8 out of 27 (30%) plans to sign up to PASGC, 12 (44%) is undecided and 7 (26%) are members of PASGC.

Overall, the recommendation from these surveys is to send this survey to everyone in PASGC and share the results with all members of PASGC during the open meeting.  For more results from the survey refer to the attached summary:

4.     Peter Kasprzycki broad up to our attention that according to the Ohio Law there is 30 days (45 or 60days) needs to be given to all members in order to invite all PASGC members to attend open meeting.  Peter will provide to all PASGC Officers and Board members the actual statuary and the statuary number for the Ohio Law that we need to follow in order to plan PASGC open meetings for all members.  

After receiving information from Peter, Andrew Biernat will schedule the open meeting for all members of PASGC and then Krystyna will send survey to all members with the actual date for the open meeting to all members of PASGC.

 

5.     Next Board Meeting is scheduled for August 9, 2011.
